Over a thousand people attended the gospel concert at the Fondazione Teatro Massimo Palermo. An unforgettable evening, sponsored by Gesap, the management company of the Airport of Palermo “Falcone e Borsellino”, with the participation of Nautilus Aviation, GHPalermo, Airest and Lagardère.
Protagonists of the 2016 edition of the concert on December 26, are James Hall & Worship & Praise, a group of thirteen elements, the largest currently on tour in Italy.
James Hall is an American gospel musician, organist, and music producer. He commenced singing at the age of five years, while he formed his choir, Worship & Praise, during high school. His music career started, in 1995, with the release of God Is In Control, that charted on the Billboard magazine for the Gospel albums.
The choir chants filled the theater with the notes of the gospel tradition suggestions, leading the audience on a musical journey through time until contemporary rhythms, with a repertoire from the traditional gospel to spirituals, from soul to jazz, with the most modern urban sound.
Special guest of the mayor of Palermo, Leoluca Orlando, who introduced the concert.
